Alcohol-based aromas produced by our company are very lasting and efficient, and with the alcohol base they are not only easier applied to the products, but also, due to the carrier used, raise the products, improve the quality and extend life. The applied alcohol carrier, apart from taste and saturation advantages, performs, under certain circumstances, antiseptic role and inhibits mould, thus improving and extending the life of the products, allowing to take advantage of the usually long best before dates of the finished goods.
The alcohol base allows also to eliminate from the finished products the nauseating and often unpleasant aftertaste of the product, characteristic of glycol bases. Alcohol base usually gently saturates and subtly enhances all pleasant flavours emitted from the product, which makes it suitable for both sweet and salty products.
